Dr Nalbandian has received extensive training and education both locally and overseas in the field of prosthodontics and implant surgery with skills to restore oral harmony, function, comfort and aesthetics. In many ways we need to look at the whole mouth, teeth, and gums and coordinate form and function with dento-facial aesthetics. Identifying the cause of the problem is where we begin.
The discipline of prosthodontics includes all areas of cosmetic dentistry such as dentures, implants, veneers, crowns and bridges, and all aspects of tooth reconstruction. This is also a referral practice from our colleagues in restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry areas of prosthodontics.
We also coordinate with our team of multidisciplinary specialists - plastic surgeons, orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists and oral maxillofacial surgeons to optimise our patients? long-term dental care and quality of life.
Dr Nalbandian is in a private practice in Sydney, limited to aesthetics, prosthodontics and implant surgery. He stresses the importance of tooth conservation for optimal function and smile enhancement using minimal intervention dentistry.

Dr Nalbandian completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours in 1983 and his Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) in 2000 at the University of Sydney.
He then completed his Masters (Prosthodontics) with distinction in 2005 at the prestigious King?s College, University of London.
Dr Nalbandian is also a member of numerous professional organisations, and lectures both locally and internationally. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in implant surgery, prosthodontics and the application of composite and porcelain technology for treating simple to complex dental functional and aesthetic concerns.
