Straight talking seminars: Mia Freedman will be on hand offering her tips on "Balancing Life and Keeping Motivated", Sherry Strong world renowned nutritionalist and food philosopher hosts: Spa Nutrition.

Craig Howorth - uses ancient techniques of sound therapy and will choreograph massage to music and works magic with percussive instruments honoring Tibetan spiritual ceremony. Craig also part owns Gwingana resort with Hugh Jackman.
