The Conference this year will have a strong emphasis on ‘practical skills' emphasised by a ‘workshop oriented programme' covering the broad range of Appearance Medicine modalities. Didactic lectures will be reduced to a minimum so that course material will largely be covered in active practical workshops. There will also be some "business oriented" content to reflect the urge to grow business despite the recession.

The conference will be a short but intense programme over Saturday and Sunday preceded by a training day on the Friday.

We have brought the conference to Auckland this year but we will return to Queenstown next year. We appreciate that both industry and physicians may have a tighter budget this year but it is important for everyone associated with appearance medicine that ongoing education needs are met.
